- 與相關部門聯絡,準確、及時地處理所有訂單。
- 準備商務信函,例如。信件、電子郵件、會議記錄。
- 協助銷售經理安排日程和活動協調、會議和跟進。

**要求:**
- 擁有工商管理文憑/學位或同等學歷。
- MS Word 和 Excel 以及其他 Microsoft Office 應用程式的高級技能。
- 2年相關工作經驗。然而,鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
- 積極進取、自我激勵、獨立並且能夠在壓力下工作。
- 良好的客戶服務技能,包括出色的口頭和書面溝通技巧以及解決問題的能力。
