**Job Description: Property or Real Estate Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Land Development:
- Plan and execute land development projects, considering zoning regulations, environmental impact, and market demand.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project implementation.
2. Property Management:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of land properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
- Implement effective property management strategies to enhance the value of the land.
3. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for land development and property maintenance.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures.
4. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
- Determine the optimal use of land based on market demand and economic factors.
5. Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land use and real estate development.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for land development projects.
6. Negotiation and Transactions:
- Negotiate contracts, leases, and agreements with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate land transactions, including acquisitions and sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in real estate or land management, with a proven track record of successful land development projects.
- Familiarity with market trends, property management practices, and legal aspects of real estate.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of zoning regulations, environmental considerations, and real estate laws.
- Proficiency in project management and relevant software.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as (REN).
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
