
Travel & Flight Coordination Customer Support Mnc

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Follow established processes per detailed instructions (WINS/QRGs).
- Review and **respond to accommodation and flight requests** within set timeframes and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to **manage day-to-day operations**, prioritize high-priority tasks, and report.
- Prioritize voice of customer/vendor and adhere to SLAs per GBS Partnership Agreement, following escalation protocols.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and proposing enhancement opportunities.
- Identify and escalate risks as per protocols.
- Prioritize demand and workflow requests to meet customer needs and achieve business outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Work autonomously, showcasing capability.
- **Requirements**:_
- Relevant experience in **Travel Administration**, **Customer Service**, and System Processing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- **Excellent English communication skills** (written and spoken) to build effective relationships.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities within tight timeframes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- **Diploma and above** in any relevant field.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: Up to RM5,200.00 per month
