L1 Operation & Support Specialist (Depends on experience to become Lead or Support), will be supporting remotely from home.

**Job descriptions**:

- Understand the scope of work and maintain the work delivery within the scope.
- Ensuring that all calls are logged in, incidents reported are captured in Jira before addressing the issues.
- Ensuring that logged cases are tracked, closed and records are updated with proper supporting documents within SLA timeline.
- Address and Closed the ordinary/simple incident cases.
- Assisting the 1st Level Support Engineer in problem resolution beyond the capability of the Support Staff.
- If incident can’t be resolved within the capability and bug fix required, escalate it to next Level Support for further investigation
- Escalate complicated queries/incident beyond 2nd level services capability to the respective 3rd level Support Engineer.
- Escalate Sev 1 cases immediately to Service Delivery Manager, Solution/Technical Consultant and 3rd Level Support Engineer (Partners).
- Follow up with respective support team for regular update status for the incident cases.
- Consolidate incident report status and submit weekly basis.
- Prepare and maintain all documents (e.g. Release Notes, Implementation plan, test case, etc.)
- Coordinate with SDM/Solution Consultant at regular intervals (daily/weekly) for the incident, SR & CR activities.
- Attend internal team & external client/vendor meeting at regular interval

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Operation support specialist.
- Minimum 3 years experience & proficiency in Java and its framework, with a good understanding of its ecosystems. Or Minimum 3 years experience Microsoft Framework such as C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL, etc. with a good understanding of its ecosystems
- Excellent understanding and sql programming experience and knowledge in MySQL and Microsoft SQL DB. Or Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skillset both SQL and Java.
- High Advantage if functional experience and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Centre.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
