**Role**
All great people teams are built on rock solid foundations - as the business needs continue to evolve, we are now seeking a Talent Business Partner, focusing on Talent Acquisition and helping to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our workforce. Source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
This role will support the People Operations Manager to mainly manage the Talent Acquisition under the HR function in Malaysia spread across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru & Melaka.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in a high-growth startup, with mass recruitment experience, and is able to recruit the right people quickly.
What you will do:
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Support the business by providing quality driven, cost effective and timely end-to-end recruitment solutions to the designated business units, drawing insights from analytics to make the hiring process smarter and more efficient.
- Drive proactive sourcing plans to attract external talent using direct channels in line with business needs; position specific sourcing strategies, initiatives and programs including networking/relationship building, internet job boards, social network search, database mining, professional outreach and advanced direct searching techniques.
- Ensure the quality of employee information in HR systems, to be accurate and complete in a timely manner.
- Provide support & guidance on new-hire onboarding, to ensure that new staff receives the appropriate working tools & equipment to perform their tasks.
- Address & evaluate issues regarding recruitment, action plan, and process as well as provide inputs for improvement.
- Partner with management and HR operations in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs.
- Continuously update oneself with changes in HR trends & tools, industry movements.
- Collaborate with others teams on other People Operations special projects i.e. People Operations Process Improvement, Employer Branding, Internship Programs, Open House Recruitment.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
- Improve employer branding in partnership with the Marketing Team.
**HR Operations**:
- Possess a strong understanding of HR process chains and responsibilities within the HR operations domain.
- Support and execute HR-related initiatives.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.

**What you’ll need**:
- At least 3-4 years of HR-related experience, specializing in the Talent Acquisition field
- Bachelor degree or more in Human Resources or related field
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel & Google Workspace
