Government Relations

Responsible for all local government affairs activities, advocating for company position in relevant policy and lawmaking processes.
- Support in the development and management of sustainable partnerships with local government stakeholders and business partners.
- Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with related ministry, government agencies department, civil servants, public bodies, non-governmental organizations, and key local industries player.
- Monitoring emerging government affairs issues and opportunities and coordinating meetings between senior management and government officials.
- Maintain good filing management system for all the Company’s documents in relation to government liaison.
- Be actively engaging and represent company in front of government stakeholders and institutions.
- Manage and prepare tender document for any opportunities in Government project.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree / Diploma holder. Preferably in Architecture/ Urban Studies / Engineering.
- **4 years of Government Relations / Affairs / Liaison experience with working exposure in Property Development / Real Estate field.**:
- Good knowledge and experience in development such as planning, tendering, construction & authority liaison.
- **Act as Key Person to "open door" for the Company.**:
- Strong written and oral communications skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in computer software such as MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Permanent vacancy based in Petaling Jaya area.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
