HR Executive/ Assistant

Handle full process of payroll including attendance checking, ensuring accuracy, preparing payroll report, and any related payroll process.
- Arrange Fomema for foreign workers.
- Prepare HR-related letters, forms, memos, and documentation.
- To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the management and the relevant government authorities.
- Update and maintain employees' records in master list. Ensure the filling system is accurate and easy to refer to for reference purposes.
- Responsible for bank account opening for the arrival of new foreign workers and bank-related matters for existing foreign workers.
- Handle accident claims with the involvement of government hospitals, JTK and insurance companies.
- Any adhoc task as assigned for foreign workers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
