**Reports To**:
Senior Officer, Animal Hotel
**Key Responsibility**:
- Serving the customer by performing Acceptance, Delivery, Counter and warehouse functions s per company SOP, IATA PER/LAR and company regulations
- Execute daily operations functions at Express Handling Unit ie not limited to data update, collect related revenue, check physical cargo and documents
- Verify vendor report and follow up action
- Comply to IMS and other standard requirements.
- Ensure meeting customers SLA.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Minimum SPM qualifications
- Minimum 1 year working experienced for Diploma or Minimum 3 years working experience for SPM holder
- Added advantage:
- 1. Basic DGR 2. Basic Cargo handling 3. Knowledge in air logistic
- Areas of Experience : 1. Computer/IT literate 2. Possess valid driving licence
