Sales Administration

Order Processing:
- Receive and process sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with order status updates, product inquiries, and general inquiries.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
Academic In-Charge:
- Arrange school schedule
- Assisting with teachers and students' complaints
- Keep track of students' and teachers' records.
E-Commerce Support:
- Check and prepare orders according to the order list.
- Answering customers' inquiries in the e-commerce platforms.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
