**Job description**:

- To handle import and export billing and invoicing for key account clients.
- Prepare weekly billing report to client
- Enter invoice details to client web platform
- Communicate with client on invoice discrepancies
- Filing and sorting documents
- Assist in account and admin roles as assigned by superior

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma and above, obtained good result in Mathematics (SPM)
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office
- Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- This position is based in Sungai Ara, Penang

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
