**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Key account penetration: architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and related parties to specify Formica products
- Report and manage all data in CRM system such as project record files, customer data file, daily visit report and others.
- Responsible to build up project pipeline for southern region (Johor Bharu and Malacca)
- Hunting for new leads and create business opportunities
- Plan and execute business strategies
- To work hand in hand with distributor to win specification projects
- Collect the market information concerning competitors, changes in market
- Customer relationship management to meet customer satisfaction including product presentation, product demonstration, technical support and attending product claim
- Responsible to achieve individual and group KPI
- Other tasks given by department head

**SKILLS**:

- Professional in presentation skill
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Market analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- At least 2years in working experience as sales role
- Experience in Construction Project sales, other surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc) will definitely be an advantage.
- Result-orientated
- Independent, creative and resourceful
- Ability to work as a team
- Able to work under high pressure
- Hardworking, honest and cooperative with positive attitude
- Passionate on meeting new people
- Willing to travel outstation (Johor and Malacca)
- Must be own transport
