**Job Summary**: Our client is an established real estate developer with assets across the region.

They are recruiting a Leasing Manager based in Kuala Lumpur.

Reporting to the General Manager and managing all leasing matters.

**Job Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Responsible for all leasing related matters through the following tasks:

- Plan and execute leasing/marketing programs to maximise rental yields and occupancy of the building by securing new tenants and retaining existing tenants.
- Manage the entire leasing processes from conducting site viewings, preparation of all leasing documentation such as letter of offer, tenancy agreement, stamping of tenancy agreement, handover of space to new tenants.
- Manage tenancy renewal of existing tenants by proposing the renewal terms and conditions to Management until the negotiation with tenants is completed.
- Oversee the preparation of letter of offer & tenancy agreement for tenants who have decided to retain in the building; For tenants who appoint tenant representatives for tenancy renewals, preparation of Request For Proposal (RFP) is required.
- Establish good rapport and relationships with agents and diligently work with agents to market building’s vacant spaces.
- Identify leasing prospects via canvassing or cold calling.
- Supervision of subordinate to ensure tenants’ files and IFCA system (tenants’ database) are well maintained and updated.
- Conduct annual online tenant’s satisfaction survey on building services and facilities.
- Actively analyse and research market trends and developments of similar industry.
- Attend to tenant’s complaints and leasing enquiries.
- Establish and maintain positive landlord - tenants’ relationships.
- Work closely with building management team to ensure tenant’s requests or complaints are addressed.
- Prepare weekly leasing activity reports of each negotiation held with potential tenants.
- Assist in rental collection process when necessary.
- Assist in generating monthly and quarterly leasing reports and annual budgets.
- Upkeep leasing procedures in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements but not limited to**:

- Possess a tertiary qualification of 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the office building & retail industry, with market knowledge on their performance, business opportunities and trends.
- Has strong contacts and good networking within the office and retail industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to prioritize projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and possess good critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
