**We are looking for a passionate and articulate Mandarin speaker to join our growing customer service team**

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries regarding our telecommunication products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer issues related to mobile plans, internet services, billing, and technical difficulties.
- Effectively explain complex technical information in a clear and concise way for customers with varying levels of understanding.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions or upgrades to enhance their experience.
- Process customer requests and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all follow-up actions are completed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions to effectively inform customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail or telecommunications preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

**资格**:

- 普通话流利 (听说读写)。
- 最少 1 年客户服务经验 (零售或电信优先)。
- 出色的沟通、人际交往和解决问题的能力。
- 强大的分析和研究能力。
- 能够独立工作并作为团队的一员工作。
- 熟练掌握计算机技能,包括 MS Office 套件。
- 积极的态度,注重超出客户期望。

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
