**Job Summary**:
As a Telco Technical Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our customer service, ensuring seamless connectivity for our users. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional technical support to our customers, addressing inquiries related to telecommunications services, troubleshooting issues, and delivering world-class solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Expertise**:

- Utilize your technical proficiency to assist customers with troubleshooting, configurations, and network-related issues.
- Provide expert guidance on telecommunications services, ensuring customers maximize the benefits of our offerings.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on our latest products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Contribute to the development of user-friendly guides and FAQs for customer reference.
- **Customer Education**:

- Empower customers by providing clear and concise instructions for self-troubleshooting common issues.
- Educate customers on utilizing advanced features and functionalities of our telecommunications services.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Filipino speaker with excellent communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications services and networks.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Customer-focused with exceptional problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
