Operation Executive

**Job duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Management**:
- Oversee and manage various projects related to cleaning services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
**2. Cleaning Services Management**:
- Develop and implement cleaning service strategies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning operations to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Address any issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly and effectively.
**3. Foreign Workers Permit Handling**:
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies to facilitate the approval of foreign workers' permits and resolve any issues or inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of foreign workers' permits and related documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures related to foreign workers' permits.
