Sales Administration Executive

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be based in the Sales & Marketing Department to provide sales administration support for the department.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO**:
- To assist in reply on routine correspondences and enquiries.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports, updating of sales charts, site plans and other records for projects assigned.
- Promote company’s properties and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, review and analyze customer reactions and feedback on products, promotions and services.
- To assist in organizing and coordination of sales launches, exhibitions, promotional activities, road shows and events.
- Attend to sales launches, exhibitions, promotional activities, road shows and events when necessary.
- Co-ordinate internal and external meetings for Sales & Marketing Department.
- Monitoring the practice of approved ISO procedures, compliances and submission of reports and survey findings to authorities and any other regulatory bodies.
- In charge of document control and management of EDMS.
- Monitoring of staff purchase and compliances of staff purchase policy and related party transactions.
- Monitoring of Sales & Marketing staff attendance, movements, claims, allowances and daily operation matters.
- Monitoring of sales documentation including checking of sales & purchase agreement and ensure prompt execution through liaison with solicitors and bankers.
- To liaise with panel of solicitors and bankers on operational matters for on-going projects.
- Provide secretarial services to the HOD.
- Assist in staff training and provide guidance to other Sales & Marketing Executive and Customer Service Administrator.
- To be responsible for the general office upkeep and maintenance.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies / Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience for Diploma holder.
- Fresh graduate of Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Experience in conveyancing would be an added advantage.
- Relevant administrative experience and ability to provide admin support to the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Basic computer knowledges and skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
