Customer Relations Executive

**Job Descriptions**
- Expanding the customer base by **upselling and cross-selling** banking products and services.
- Educating customers around products and alternative digital banking platforms.
**Requirements**:
- SPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course.
- Ex Cabin Crews, Service Industry and Public Relation background are highly encouraged to apply.
- **Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience.**:
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication.
- **Able to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.**
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM3,800.00 per month
