**Overview of the Position**:
The role involves interacting with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and assist with their needs. It also supports department management in ensuring efficiency, organization, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Customer Support System (CSS) tickets, ensuring they are resolved within the service level agreement (SLA).
- Answer incoming calls within 3 rings and meet call answer rate SLAs.
- Understand the company’s marketing plan, rules, regulations, and policies to expedite decision-making for member inquiries.
- Promptly follow up on all cases or feedback received.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve problems promptly.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as delegated.
- Support company events or functions as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in the MLM/Direct Selling.**:

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- **Proficient in verbal & written English ,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.**:

- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and positive mindset.
- **Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
