**JOB SUMMARY**

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Staff Discipline**
- Executes & investigates disciplinary cases
- Arranges and prepare relevant report to the management
- Designs charge, prepare documentation in relation to the domestic inquiry, to act as prosecuting officer and assistant prosecuting officer in domestic inquiry.
- Arranges recommendation paper for disciplinary action and etc.
- Arranges and execute Company Written Statement for conciliation meeting (Section 20)

**Industrial Court matters/ conciliation at the Ministry**
- Coordinates and arranges with Legal Department / Panel solicitors / IR Consultant in relation to the Industrial Court / Labour court cases.
- Provides support to Head of Unit in the conciliatory meetings at the IR Department
- Provides support in handling any ad hoc matter / instruction from the Management as & when requested / training / briefing on IR matters.

**Union Matters**
- Provides support to Head of Unit in maintaining good relations with the Union.
- Executes the smooth solution on Union issues (through disciplinary action or grievance procedure) are resolved accordingly.
- Maintains industrial harmony all level of employee n the Company.

**SOP / Guidelines**
- Designs and revises any guidelines / policies / procedures related to discipline and other related employment when requested.

**Ad-hoc Task**
- Enforces all regulations, ethical standards, policies and procedures relating to safety and health and quality management.
- Others duties as needed or required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Industrial Relation: 1 year (preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
