**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, following hotel procedures.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special accommodations, providing helpful and courteous responses.
- Answer and route phone calls, taking messages and providing information about the hotel's services and amenities.
- Process reservations and update guest information in the hotel management system.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM999.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
