Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities
- Analyzing valuation and returns
- To manage due diligence process and negotiation support;
- Negotiating transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents
- Dealing with structuring and other transaction-related matters
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
- To ensure the potential deals complied with all relevant guidelines and laws as well as complied with the disclosure requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities both local and overseas, where applicable; and
- To undertake any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO from time to time.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
- Preferably with minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate finance and/or related field;
- Experience in Investment Bank / Hedge funds will be an added advantage
- A self-motivated team player; meticulous, organized, able to learn quickly and independently
- Able to engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
