We are looking for individuals who love to work with people and socializing is like their second nature. You will often find yourself on the go all day long — manage customer relationship, develop projects schedule, and lead internal teams. It would be great if you are a dynamic and decisive person who can work independently. However, we are a close-knit team, we dissect issues and overcome any obstacles together.

**Here’s where you come in**:
You know all of the projects' progress like the back of your hand, and you are constantly driving the project through internal "traffic". To achieve clear understanding between customers and internal teams, you will be the reliable liaison to facilitate this two-way communication.

In addition to managing customers’ expectation and satisfaction, you will sometime travel locally and internationally to meet customers on site. You will have a good working relationship with the Sales team and other cross-functional departments to carry out projects and drive related issues to closure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Adapt swiftly to sudden changes in project plans, maintaining seamless project progression.
- Develop and maintain executive program dashboards.
- Coordinate customer and internal team reviews, managing communication and documentation.
- Create customer orders, and change requests in ERP systems.
- Travel as needed to support program execution and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in program management or related areas.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Highly organized and result-oriented.
- Proven ability to adapt to sudden changes and solve complex problems.
- Experienced working with customers, proactive, and resourceful.
- Experience with international customer management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
