- Effective implementation of the Individual Territory Plan system and ensuring that the procedures are being maintained and kept up to date.
- Establishes and maintains files on active accounts within his/her areas of coverage and partake in cross selling of sister/affiliated hotels.
- Timely submission of call reports and related feedback to superior on changing market conditions, competitors’ activities and areas of opportunities.
- Arranges and handles familiarization/site inspection trips for current and potential clients.
- Disseminate sales related information to other departments in a timely manner.
- Participates in sales & marketing meetings and briefs as directed by the Director of Sales.
- Support and assist Sales Coordinators on the effective execution of tasks.
- Evaluate account productivity and provide recommendations to capitalise on opportunities and strategies to address shortfall.
- Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff and employees.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
