**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Handle daily office operation.
- Analyse and filter incoming and outgoing communications, submission of reports.
- Conduct weekly diary meetings with the Manager to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
- Arrange meeting appointments and coordinate business schedule for the Manager and Top Management.
- Liaise professionally and positively with colleagues, clients, suppliers and other external and internal parties all the times.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferable at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good in planning, follow up and details person.
