Client Technical Support Specialist

As a Client Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organisation, you will get the opportunity to create impact in the following areas: Client Management Manage client relationships, understand client challenges and provide strategic solutions Identify client needs and solution opportunities for clients Support in proposal and solution development Support in the scoping, planning and delivery of service design projects Provide client technical support on language proficiency for projects where translation of content is required. Example of languages proficiency required: Asia: Japanese, Indonesian, Cantonese, Mandarin, etc. Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa: French, Spanish, German, etc. Content Delivery: Facilitate impactful learning experiences through our Human Inc learning content Use design thinking approaches and agile methodologies to produce solutions and implementation plans considering user needs and business goals. Team Management Coach and develop team capability according to their potential Manage a project team to deliver outstanding project outcomes Relevant Background and Mindset Bachelor's or master's degree or similar Minimum of 5 years work experience in areas such as management consulting, training/education, sales, operations, marketing, product development, or service design Project or event management experience and skills Experience with learning and development programs or running workshops Preferred, but not required: Understanding of design thinking and agile methodologies Strong people skills and enjoyment working with individuals at different levels Understanding of the importance of creating business value for clients and the company Intellectual curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to lead and execute new ideas Ability to connect with people effortlessly and natural storytelling abilities Strong leadership skills, a team player, and a desire to develop and grow others Highly positive and high-energy individual who thrives under tight deadlines
