Facilities Executive

Repair & maintenance - plan, coordinate and attend to all activities (AC, plumbing, electrical, access card, cctv, furniture and fixtures, office cleaning, etc)
Landlord/building management - Interaction and management of day of day building issues
Day-to-day operations - security, cleaning, housekeeping, service providers, etc.
Office renovation/upgrade works - plan, coordinate & attend during weekends or outside of working hours. Isolate and desolate areas for maintenance works
Office movement and relocation
Staff Security - access card administration, creation, programming of access cards, access areas, printing.
Vendor management - sourcing, negotiation of price and TCs, SLAs, office supplies / equipment (electrical and lighting maintenance, air conditioning, cleaning, pest control, hygiene, fire-fighting equipment, security, office equipment and systems, pantry supplies, plant, stationaries, etc.)
Contract management - renewals, extensions, variations and revisions
Invoice management - verify, scan and submit invoices to AP for processing and follow up on payment
Inventory management - maintain supplies inventory, stock take - including for pantry supplies, office collaterals, stationaries, etc
Reception - calls (answer, forward and screen), attending to visitors, reception sign-in system
Event management (customer/internal events) - meeti
Property, Facility Maintenance & Management of Facilities

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
