Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactively work with team members and/or others to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines and team objectives.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments and managers as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
