**Job Summary**
This position is assisting to maintain and enhance Human Resources activities by implementing and evaluating human resources policies, recruitments, employee relations, programs & activities, and practices to ensure smooth operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on HR Operations & Administrative.
- Assist to manage the full functions of HR Admin.
- Assist to manage the entire recruitment process cycle.
- Assist to ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies is terms on Employee Benefits & entitlement.
- Assist to manage & monitoring insurance claims, insurance member updates (new joiner/ resignee).
- Assist with internal & external training arrangements and records.
- Assist the sports club & its activities hosted by the team member, ensure employee welfare & engagement is taken care of assigned BU.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Honesty, integrity, confidentiality, objectivity, and sincerity are important traits for this position.
- The incumbent must be accurate, meticulous and compliance with SOPs and deadlines is essential.
- The incumbent must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language (written and oral). This ability must be reflected in his or her writing and presentation skills.
- The incumbent must be conversant with Labor Laws especially the Employment Act 1955.
- The incumbent should possess initiative and good problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and is able to balance the conflicting demands of superiors and subordinates or other employees.
