Job Duties
REGULATORY
- Liaise with the Government Department, local authorities and agencies for any issues related to the company on government legislation affairs such as registration, licensing, permit renewal, etc.
- Follow-up, monitor and report to Supervisor on any updates or changes to the status of any submissions made to governmental agencies.
- Well-versed and knowledgeable in the procedures of the government agencies linked to Immigration ESD, MOE, MOF and other related services.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations that assure accurate and secure record management and delivery.
- Attend to queries from government agencies regarding statutory compliances required by the Company.
- Apply, renew and submit teaching permits for all ELS trainers and follow-up on approvals.
- Responsible for communication, submission and follow-up with MOE for approvals to run any future academic programs and accreditation.

HR and ADMINISTRATION
- Provide administrative support on HR and Admin functions.
- Assist with recruitment - sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, preparing offer letter, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and HR system.
- Handle Expatriate visa management, visa and other immigration matters.
- Maintain and monitor staff attendance, leave records, medical and general claims as well as updating/generating reports.
- Handle systematic filling system, safe keeping of private and confidential documents.
- Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning.
- General office management - order stationery, track stocks of office/pantry supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Supervise cleaner and cleanliness of the office.
- Coordinate and participate in maintenance, and renovations work when necessary.
- Support Company employee engagements, events and welfare activities.
- Carry out any other Regulatory, HR and Admin tasks as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

**; Requirements**: - Minimum Job Requirements

**Education**: Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Experience**: A minimum of at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the education industry.

**Personal Characteristics**: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Malay. Result-oriented with good public relations skills, team player, able to work well under pressure and independently with minimum supervision, meet deadlines, well-organised and able to multitask.
