From managing feed-stock flexibility to meeting regulatory requirements to maximizing operating efficiency, all while minimizing safety risks and staying competitive. As a Lead Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
- Collaborating with sales teams and customers for your assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
- Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio so we harvest contracts and collect appropriately.
- Conducting sales, developing sales relationships with customers, and generating sales-related forecasts.
- Collecting field samples to follow up on customer inquiries and concerns.
- Writing recommendations and submitting quotes to customers.
- Developing your team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.
- Directing service delivery teams and operations support for flawless execution.
- Providing monitoring of treatment programs and systems.

- Have an in-depth knowledge of process optimization and production chemistry
- Be comfortable composing and delivering presentations to client representatives
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
- Have the ability to work outside during challenging seasonal weather conditions
