**Job Responsibilities & Authorities**:
Æ Meet with customers and discuss about sample

Æ Sending sample to customers

Æ Making a quotation as per request

Æ Follow up daily schedule with production team

Æ Key in sales order through unity system

Æ Inform customers regarding the delivery/delaying

Æ Draft standard operation Procedure SOP for new item

Æ Dealing with the designer on doing artwork

Æ Filing the documents such as quotation

Æ Handle customers inquiries

Æ Study about product in order to answer customer’s question

Æ Travel to customer’s place when needed

Æ Monitor delivery order to know item status
- **Working Hours : Monday to Saturday - 8am to 5 pm (compulsory ot 0.5 jam)**_

**Requirements**:

- Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
- Must have strong communications, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Have Experience more than 1 year
- Able to understand customer requirement.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
