Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant - Customer Service to join our team at Nirvana Asia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers'/agents' queries, preparing Official Receipts, and distributing documents to respective departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Official Receipts and distribute documents to respective departments.
  • Update customer information in the system.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Customer Service or Administrative field.
  • Mandarin/English required. Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
