Key Responsibilities

This role will require you to manage various administrative tasks, including:

  • Payroll administration: Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits
  • Recruitment: Assist in shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and making job offers
  • Onboarding: Coordinate induction programs, prepare employment contracts, and update personnel records
  • Employee relations: Provide support to employees, address queries, and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
  • Diploma or professional qualification in HRM or related field with at least 2 years of experience in HR administration
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and legislation
  • Proficiency in HR System (preferably Times Software) will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
