- Recruitment administration:

- Sourcing and selection
- Conducting interview
- Preparing HR Letter (Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Resignation Letter and etc.)
- Compilation of HR Documents.
- Conduct Exit Interview and identify issues for rectification and improvement
- Conduct orientation and induction briefing for new staffs
- To engage with employees to promote positive environment in the organization
- To counsel for positive behavior change for low performer staffs
- To conduct organization climate survey, compilation of reports and make recommendation

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship

Pay: RM80.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
