**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations to all Seibu F&B counter and tenants.
- Implement and maintain food safety programs and policies
- Monitor and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address food safety issues
- Manage and update documentation & filing related to food safety and local authorities’ requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding food safety
- Conduct Expiry Date and Quality Checking to all supermarket item including fresh perishable item.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for food safety incidents.
- Prepare daily Hygiene and Food Safety Report to management.

**JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology and any related course related with Food safety studies. OR
- 1-2 years of experience in food hygiene and safety
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards i.e Food Act 1983 & Food Hygiene Regulations 2009.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Experience conducting food safety audits
- Knowledge of Food Handler & HACCP principles is advantages

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
