Front Office Assistant

As the Front Office Assistant, you'll be the maestro of first impressions, creating memorable stays for our guests through unparalleled service and a warm welcome. Join us in delivering extraordinary experiences and crafting unforgettable moments for our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide friendly and efficient check-in and out service.
- Providing efficient, friendly, and cordial service to the guests.
- Carry out the completion of the registration process by retrieving and inputting information with routine difficulty from a computer system and confirming the guest's reservation information.
- To take on a proactive role by always being at the lobby.
- Ensure that all policies and instructions implemented are followed.
- Basic cashiering and credit card handling..
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and special request in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.
- Maintain the high standard of service and hospitality.
**Job Requirements**
- Applicant must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/ Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates from Hotel Management School or SPM Leaver are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A good team player and strive to have a career in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, as well as occasional overnight shifts.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
