HR Assistant

To handle foreign worker administration duties such as update foreign worker master listing, permit renewal, passport renewal, Check-Out Memo (COM), Special Pass (SP), arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-up, hostel, insurance and etc.
- Liaison between Immigration, JTK and other related government agencies on foreign workers work permit renewal, job advertisement, insurance etc.
- To monitor and maintain Company’s foreign workers data and related administration such as ensuring renewals of work permits, insurance, contract agreements etc.
- Support in monthly Payroll Calculation and attendance administration
- Support in recruitment of new or replacement staff
- Provide necessary support to other HR & Admin functions as deemed necessary.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
