**Quality**
- Draft quality management policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality management standards and procedures
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
- Document internal audits and other quality management activities
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

**Tender**
- Maintaining good client(s) relations and negotiating contracts.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Responsible to respond day-to-day RFQ and client’s inquiry.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
- To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers;
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission;
- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.

**Job Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in engineering on any related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Quality or in a similar position.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality
- Experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis is value added
- Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
- Familiar with oil & gas industry.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015
