Job description
1. To supervise the technician, handymen, and admin. assistants in carrying out their job.
2. To work closely with Service Providers and contractors on building maintenance and services.
3. To establish, review and update performance benchmark for Service Providers and contractors.
4. To establish, review and update M&E and C&S maintenance preventive manual and maintenance execution plans/programs.
5. To initiate and monitor M&E and C&S servicing and repair and ensure this servicing is in conformity with the regulator’s requirements.
6. To plan, implement, and monitor building services plan and major building capital expenditure exercise, including esthetical, security, housekeeping, upgrading works, landscaping, etc, and to ensure these services in conformity with the Management Corporations and regulator’s requirements.
7. To review and initiate building insurance policies (renewals) and to attend to any insurance claims with the insurers.
**b. Public Relations**
1. To promote good public relations with the Joint Management Committee (JMC), owners, tenants, and statutory bodies.
2. To maintain good rapport and identify more qualified contractors/service vendors.
3. To attend meetings with the JMC, contractors, and other related parties.
**c. General Administration**
1. To prepare and submit monthly reports as required by the JMC.
2. To check and verify service agreement, contract, purchase order, delivery order, invoice and other related documents.
3. To execute credit control systems and attend to legal matters on collections.
4. To coordinate with Account Department on billing, payment, and collection issues.
5. To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
