**Responsibilities**
- To grow the existing accounts entrusted in the portfolio, and acquire new accounts/clients
- achieve company set targets and ensure monthly Sell-in to the Retailer.
- To conduct sales presentations/demonstrations whenever required.
- Lead and coordinate with internal team in delivering strong partnership support to retailers with the aim of growing our sales volume, and customer satisfaction
- Visit customers/retailers regularly to identify their needs, resolve issues, develop value proposition and build strong professional working relationships to gain customer loyalty.
- Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long-lasting relationships.
- Work closely with marketing to execute top-notch promotions to generate high sales volume.
- Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
- Forecast sales and gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve sales performance
- Ensuring customer payment, account receivable and credit limits are accurate, on time all the time, and take the necessary actions required together with the support of the finance department to reduce risks.
- Prepare regular reports, meeting minutes, to ensure customers and involved internal colleagues are kept informed appropriately on the relevant topics, status, and action steps.
- Check stock balance in the retail shop and ensure purchase orders are closely followed up with the Ops team.
- Make sure event and road shows are prepared in advance, Coordinate with retailers on the proposal and internal Ops department.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail sales or any related field
- Good communication skill in spoken and written English & Malay.
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese is an advantage
- Result and customer oriented
- self-motivated and a fast learner to assigned responsibilities
- Good task management and cross functional team coordination skills (a team player)
- Proactive, organize and patience in handling and attending to customers enquiry and project requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
