**In this role you will**:
**Primary**:

- To manage end-to-end recruitment process beginning from recruitment process, including needs analysis, advertising and promoting the position, pre-screening, interviews, selection and offer.
- Manage or participate in various projects associated with talent acquisition, employer branding, resource development and related fields

**Secondary**:

- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new joiners and providing support during their initial months.
- Discover new ways to transform recruitment practices. Maximize research skills and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Creating job descriptions and qualifying interview questions.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR team to increase efficiency

**To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms, exceptional screening abilities, and proficiency in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
