Our team is responsible for providing payroll support to our employees in North American region. The individual are responsible for each assigned local legislative rules and process. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed.

As a Payroll Specialist you will identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. You will promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Being the customer service focus with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsiveness
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements
- Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through good interpersonal skills and proactive communication
- Working in a passionate for continuous process improvement and simplification
- Managing time and attendance data entry/validations

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English
- Be able to work on night shift (6.30pm - 3.30am Malaysia time) to support North American Region call center
- Able to work additional hours as needed
- Be able to show good analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
