Lucky Mall (MY) Sdn Bhd is backed by investments from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, focused on developing and operating an innovative e-commerce platform. The platform features a unique price comparison function to help users find the best deals. We plan to leverage TikTok for live commerce and build our own supply chain and warehouse system to create a strong brand.
With solid support from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, we have a strong foundation in resources and operations. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update the company’s branding page across platforms.
- Prepare and organize onboarding materials (welcome kits, manuals, etc.).
- Organize and maintain employee records (contracts, certifications, and other documentation).
- Manage the digital and physical filing system for easy retrieval.
- Assist the HR team in daily administrative task.
**Qualification**
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in content management for branding or social media is a plus.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
