Strategic Account Lead

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Strategic Account Lead to own the brand partnerships locally. This role will focus on helping the brands succeed in their respective category on Lazada. Build deep understanding of the platform and longer term partnerships by continuously improving the experience for both brands and consumers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive category operations locally in partnership with other teams and to achieve the targeted KPIs.
- Framing the strategy for the business for the region, ability to influence and manage senior decision makers internally and externally.
- Ensuring good business health by focusing on the right fundamentals for retail and marketplace (right brands/sellers, right assortment, pricing etc.).
- Ensuring smooth planning and execution of regional campaigns.
- Ensuring optimal usage of tools and services by brands/sellers as well as internal teams.
- Managing tech product roadmap for the category.
- Running projects across the region to pilot new ideas as well as achieve strategic objectives.
- Use data insights to make business decisions and recommendations.
**Job Requirements**
- 8+ years experience in e-Commerce or Electronics industry
- in commercial roles and / or consulting.
- Ability to work with multiple-stakeholders in the industry and internally to drive the growth of the Strategic Accounts.
- Ability to work with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to digest exceptionally large amount of data along with providing insights based on data.
- Knowledge about Electronics Industry with solid experience working with top Brands in the segment.
- Basics E-Commerce business sense.
