_**Job Description**_
- **Provide excellent customer service**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Process orders and returns**: Accept and process customer orders, payments, and return requests, ensuring accurate handling and shipping of orders.
- **Provide product or service information**: Introduce the company's products or services to customers and address questions regarding product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
- **Follow up on issues**: Timely record and follow up on customer queries and complaints, ensuring that problems are properly resolved and providing prompt responses to customers.
- **Maintain customer database**:Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of customer information and transaction records in the database.
- **Handle after-sales service**: Provide post-sales support and assist customers with any issues they encounter while using products or services.
- **Collect feedback**:Gather customer feedback and opinions to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- **Comply with company policies**:Adhere to the company's defined customer service standards and processes, ensuring consistency in work and alignment with company values.
- **Manage customer accounts**:Assist customers in resolving payment and account-related issues, follow up on unpaid invoices, and overdue accounts.
- **Build customer relationships**: Establish positive relationships with customers to increase loyalty and maintain long-term partnerships.
- **Provide sales support**: Assist the sales team by addressing customer inquiries related to sales and preparing sales documents.
- **Achieve designated customer service metrics**: Ensure achieving or surpassing performance targets set by the company for customer service.
- **Job Requirements**_
- Proficient in Chinese language, both reading and speaking.
- Basic computer operation skills.
- Relevant experience is a plus.
- Positive work attitude.
- **Working Hours**_
- 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (five-day workweek).
- 12:30 pm - 10:00 pm (five-day workweek).
