Office Admin Executive

Day to day management of administrative tasks, such as:

- Manage all dealings with government entities such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, SST, KASTAM and others.
- Organize the schedule of the Managing Director
- Issue invoices and quotations, and track payment records
- Work with company secretary, accountants and auditor every year end.
- Source and manage suppliers, partners and vendors
- Manage payroll, onboarding and offboarding processes and other HR tasks

What you need to be/have:

- At least 1-2 years experience
- Able to communicate effectively in English and BM
- organised, detailed, and structured in the way you work, and takes pride in accomplishing tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Familiar with word processing and spreadsheet solutions (such as Microsoft / Google)

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
