**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify potential new product opportunities.
- Conduct product testing and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments. - Conduct cost analysis for new product development, including ingredients, presentation, and production.
- Determine pricing strategies based on production costs, market positioning, and target profit margins.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to facilitate the smooth transition of new products from development to manufacturing.
- Coordinate with quality and regulatory teams and ensure that all new products comply with relevant food industry standards and regulations.
- Responsible to refine product recipes and formulations.
- Responsible to develop annual planning menu launches.
**Requirement**:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Halal Chain Restaurant as R&D/ Product Development
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Food Science & Technology/ Food Service Management/ Culinary Arts
- Knowledgeable in Food Science & Technology/ Halal/ Food Safety
- Well spoken & written in English/Malay
- Knowledge in Thai cuisine and able to converse in basic Thai language will be an advantage.
- Strong communication & Leadership skills
- Attention to details & well organized.
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
