Responsibilities: To perform operational activities (coordination of delivery and stock management); Issue delivery orders, delivery records, ensure inventory counts and verify goods received; Post POD (Proof of Delivery) for delivered sales order and do filing once done; To manage 3rd party warehouse / transporter enquiry on stocks / delivery issue; Keep track of all delivery schedules and shipment dates; Coordinate with suppliers on item delivery and replacements details; To perform Half Yearly stock-take and justification of stock variance; To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
