- To be part of Turner & Townsend’s PMO team
- Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- To provide support on major PMO, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery
- To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Should have project, program, and product delivery experience, which allows them to get to the “so what” insights and realistically predict delivery trajectory.
- Ensure project activities align with the overarching strategy of the organisation.
- Leading and advising upon project finances
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction or other related fields
- At least 10 years of experience working on PMO projects
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Project)
- Good analytical skills, able to execute multiple projects at the same time without disruptions
- Able to work with the client from all chains of command
- Able to be a good representative of the client
- Demonstrated experience of a willingness and ability to consistently dive deep into project delivery, creative problem solving, and the ability to push past barriers to achieve full project execution
- Fluent in business English is a must (additional regional languages are a plus)
