- Coordinate hiring activities.
- Assist with planning and logistics of recruiting events (career fairs, etc.) as needed
- Support assignments or projects (as required) to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
- Handle records and paperwork.
- Resolve issues as fast as possible.
Process, monitor, and report all pre-employment activities.
- Perform background and reference checks
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)

- Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills
